I tried to download the original game and update leaving only the DATA folder and reinstalling only the game.

the mod menu only appear once, after closing the app and reopen it again, it'll disappear and it need to be reinstalled again to show menu. because it only appear first time after installation

1- [Android 6.0 or Later] Need enable Permissions. Go to Settings > Manage Applications > Select App > Permissions > Grant Permission
You can try this
Restart phone > run game
Use Vpn 1.1.1.1 warp > run game
clear game cache > run game
