if u installed mod from blackmod , if game update simply dowload and install new mod . don't need to uninstall old mod
. Download the new apk and obb.

1. Download the new apk and obb.
2.Install new apk
3. Remove the old obb
4. Extract the new obb
5. Open game. ! Don't open the game before extracting the obb file !

That would destroy the game...even after using mod it takes time to build a good roster.
P.S I don't think that its possible to hack characters and gems
