It doesn't work for me. I have followed the directions, but it is just stuck on "verifying download"

I have been at this for hours and even tried downloading from the blackmod app but I still can't get it to run on bluestacks. I extracted my OBB and placed it in my Android OBB files but it still doesn't do a thing. I tried both signed and unsigned APK. Still nothing. I have a league I run and they need my help. I used platimods before and it worked, but blackmod has a damage modifer that I really need.

4. Press It And Chosse.
