Yes you need to login gmail by rooting your phone this way you can save the game progressively

Dude that bites. I think you deleting it might have been the issue. I didn't delete mine I just threw new one in old one and it worked ok

@Legend thanks for the mod.. But the game is force closing. Unable to get in.. There is an extension file Patch_data in the Obb files.. I tried to delete it keeping the main and Patch obb files but once I load the game Patch _dat gets in again in the folder. I am running Android 6.
Please fix it soon.

Please update apk. There's something bugging. It keeps force closing. Keeps crashing during raids and fights. Use the app for 10 min then it force closes when I go into battle. It's so hard to use.
