Works fine phone
1. Android 6+ It Is Necessary To Enable The Storage & Phone Permissions In The App Settings First
Go To Setting => App Manager => Find Game => Click It To Enable
2. You have to download obb from black mod extract and put it in the right place Android/obb folder
3. If you try 1&2 still stuck "if you sdcard, try to remove sdcard, restart phone, run game

Tips: Should use 1.1.1.1 VPN (WARP) when playing games to avoid connection errors, crashes, not showing the menu...etc.
