Yes, actually you can use it in Arena PVP. I think the hacker's system will only affect damage and turn the first player to attack, 'the first player who has the opportunity to attack'. So if you want to use it in PvP mode, make sure you become the first person to attack, not your opponent because it could be your opponents who benefit. Remember! Use it in PvP, only if you are the first to attack! ...
