You must work on updating your components, that Google Play error 13 is because you have not updated to be compatible with version 40 of the Google Play Store... we are paying for a version with problems, The User Experience is so bad..
we cannot try to change the security of Android 14 because you have not wanted to correct the error, I have tried all the tutorials to use GPlay V39 but it persists and updates to version 40 immediately... also your version of the game is very penta compared to the original I have an Galaxy S23 Ultra and sometimes it lags when with the original App it never lags..
Please dedicate a little bit of you time to fix the bugs

Even with the playstore disabled stuck in updating screen in 3 differents phones

Pixel7Pro Android 14 Playstore version 38
Huawei P30 Android 12 Playstore version 39
Samsung S7 Android 8 Playstore version 12

So i think the issue itself is the game ask for latest PlayStore Version, so without the last version we have an updating stuck screen, and with the last version we have error13

Uninstall updates for play store
Force to stop
Then disable
Then install the one you provided besides the apk
then is working ....

Then install the game then without open it copy paste the obb file from and old version of the apk with the license then play

What about the users like us who have already purchased VIP and MCOC does not work. I have been in communication with @rito since the day of purchase. I would recommend cancelling our VIP and giving relevant refund to all respective users.
