How is that working for you, i got my first ban, and i think i got caught because i was doing everything: Main storyact6, aq, aw, arena, incursions, labyrinth, and was set to 100 attack and 100 defense.

For those who havent got banned yet, what do you guys avoid and what u set ur def/attack

Don't use the mod to grind Act 4-6 if your account is new (less than 2-3 months) to avoid getting banned. There's this thing called "bracket" as you progress in the game and it is monitored by the developers. Also, don't set it to 100, that's too obvious. I only set mine at 2-3 times increase.
