1. Is it nessasary to complete normal acts i have to fulfill cutoffs like level 30 act 4 level 40 act 5.2
2. can i use mod event quest(like now sea of troubles) with how much multiplier
3. can i play variant level if yes then what should be multiplier

1. For safety reason yeah you should following that guide, but unfortunately I'm complete act 5.2 when level 38, and until now still not banned, maybe because i don't play arena much and keep low profile ?
2. Yes you can ,even relinquary too, any multiplier for you like.
