The VIP works fine in forum and to download the game but after copy paste the license file game still have ads its annoying and i feel like i paid for nothing

I purchased vip and copy the file to both internal and SD and it is not activating anything for me regarding Marvel's Contest of Champions

I recently got banned for 7 days i completed till act 8 first chapter, played solo incursions, played abyss of legends, arena and some side quests. Didn't even touch AW or battlegrounds. Any specific cause for ban ?

arena and battleground and aw and aq . these are online and have fight duration and hits taken and everything shown plus its against others so its high possibility of ban
