It's the network problem from Server Side (Warner Bros) not the client. You must have been compensated 50 souls now.
Network still fails with WIFI in my game emulator on PC, works fine with 4G/LTE (VPN 1.1.1.1) on my android phone.
The mod is awesome.

Please read carefully the instructions to install the game
Open OBB file and it will work bro the problem is definitely with the obb then. You didn't place it in the correct location then download the obb put it in sdcard/android/obb folder
