Game crash, force close, cannot start. How to fix it?
If you get this error, you will need to grant storage permission and overlay permission for that app if you have Android 6 or higher. Try it!
or read tutorial
[Android 6.0 or Later] Need enable Permissions. Go to Settings > Manage Applications > Select App > Permissions > Grant Permission

just checking with using emulator android 4 following posted picture and it can go to downloading update process.
so probably have to be using android version older than 9 since my phone on android 9 stuck on loading after closing blackmod popup, dont know if high damage mod causing this issue or not, because i can use 1.39.1 version of this mod before
