Its safe when you dont use it in GAC or TW and only use it in fleet Arena If your team would theoretical be able to beat the opponent. Ive been using it for 4 years now. But at the moment its sadly not working for me anymore. Maybe it needs an Update

Try clear cash multiple times. Otherwise fresh install

Big new update for the game dropped today, this patch will need fixed. Can't load Quests anymore on current version for anyone not updated.
