Yes there was an earlier version, the current one should be fine if you use 1x.

It does indeed work. Do not use in raids/PvP as it can get you banned. Single player content seems to be fine to use it on.

Cleared cache and data for play store and reset phone a couple times and finally got it to work again

Don't login with Google do it with your Facebook id

I don't see an option to log in with Facebook when loading the game, only Google play. I know once your in you can link Facebook account. Is that iOs only? I'm on android

login in with guest, then when inside the game, click settings on upper left, then login with facebook (after new installation)
