The only downside I've found is this glitches the speed stat allowing both you and your enemy to have infinite speed when using certain abilities.

It works both ways. Every toon on screen get it's cooldowns turn to zero.

The mod doesn't work, the game doesn't load, the problem started today. I already tried on other devices and the game does not open.
