Remove old mod version install new mod from scratch

If I remove old mod my progress will be gone. Before this I had no problem installing updated mod, this time only cannot.
Playing direct from phone not emulator

We can't login to our game accounts with the signed version.

In the past, to play with our game accounts tied to google, we've had to login to the play store version of the app, sign in to our account, then install the mod over it. Since we cannot do that with the errors on the unsigned version, and the signed version does not have the google login button, what are our options or workarounds for using our existing accounts rather than new ones?

On Bluestacks

Uninstalled Heroes, Reinstalled with new Mod.

The ad loads and once it is cleared the game stays on the loading screen indefinitely.

One thing that is interesting is that I can download from Google Play the actual Heroes game and click play as guest and it will load my game, of course without the mod, but it will load.

If anyone finds a solution for being stuck on the loading screen, please post it in here.

Also this is what the logo of the mod shows as in bluestacks for me now instead of the actual heroes logo.

@Legend and @Modroid, first off thanks for all the hard work you've put into this mod. Certainly made the grind a lot easier. Do you have per chance a timeline as to when the unsigned mod will be functional?

Well So I try install LDPlayer9 so fresh install.... And same error.

LD9 seems buggy. Won't let me link my account via facebook. Just goes straight to the boring intro quests. Why won't bluestacks work? It use to work just fine.

Think I finally found the issue. The mod is now 64 bit, not for a 32 bit. I'm able to get progress on Bluestacks after upgrading to a 64 bit emulator.

Only problem now is finding the "Link account" button. Guessing I need to progress through the tutorial a bit before I get to it. Either way, would be nice if we could just get the 32 bit version working again so I could use the existing emulator that's already running fine and linked.

I have the 32 bit bluestacks, so this would relate to my issue as well.

@Modroid Im not sure if this will help but the last completely working version that I had of the signed APK was v0_31_1182119. I ran that on bluestacks, 32 bit just fine up until yesterday after CG pushed out the update. Every modded APK since then has been stuck at the loading screen that says Capital Games.

Maybe. I'm level 20 now on the temporary/new account, still don't have a button in my menu to link to my original account via facebook. Such a shame. Hopefully the mod author can rewrite for 32 bit so all progress is not lost!

To reach to that dir You need rooted phone... Unfortunately, I don't have root.

I don't have a rooted phone either, but did you try to connect your phone via cable to your Computer? I did so and was able to change the folder's name.

My Bluestacks testing results (3/4/23, 1pm pacific time):

Star_Wars_Galaxy_of_Heroes_v0_31_1251385_MOD_signed.apk downloaded 3/2/23
- Nougat 32-bit (2 instances): game fails to load (stalls at EA / Capital Games logo screen)
- Nougat 64-bit (mixed results, I cannot figure out the difference)
-- (2 instances) game loads but mod does not work (dmg/def not increased, auto-win does nothing)
-- (1 instance) game loads and mod works as but I cannot reproduce the results

For clarity, no issues w/ the chat or connect buttons.

Bluestacks 32 bit - stuck at loading screen

Bluestacks 64 bit - loads the mod but has no effect. - I've tried about 10 reloads and the same every time. Is there a trick to getting it to work on 64 bit?

Is there anyway to get back to the 32 bit being included in the mod?
