If you uninstall old version and install the new version you could still get to play your old account as long as you still play in the same instance of emulator or phone. I did try uninstall old and install new version and my account still there.

(Mine doing on Bluestack 5, signed version of APK)

Blue Stacks 5.3.145.1003 N32 4GB Ram 4 Core - previous version worked with no issue. Unsigned Mod - will not install (lists as corrupt) Signed Mod installs - but will not connect to google play

I had that issue, used core patch instead of lucky patcher and it worked for install
