You have to go to the VIP chat room and type there your request. Rito will reset it.

bro, you just have to play without getting banned, i have to accounts both of them with hack and its been more then 4 months and not banned cuz I played safe..

till lvl 50 dont push things too much and dont participate with hacks in gw or any guild activities and clear any Dungeons or rift above 1 min.. always above a min.. but artifact Dungeons must be above 3 min for not get banned.. for toa and toah must above 5 min but at the toa and toah bosses must above 15 min so you can make it looks normal. toa hell always above 10 min.. text me if you want know more

You are able to use the hack with PVP. Im not sure why he is saying to not, in fact PVP is probably the safest area to use it in. in PVP all that is sent back to Com2Us is if you win or lose, there is no time, and times are useless anyway. Dont go crazy and get legend in arena or do 30 siege attacks with 1 monster each though that might be red flags

With doing PVE areas, there are times that are sent back to com2us for your runs, it is easy to say "10 second GB12? Thats a hack, ban it". But if you do a guild war, it is very easy to get a 10 second win for example if the enemy put 0 runes on their monsters and it becomes almost impossible for someone to determine if you cheated it. Honestly I would stay away from PVE with the hack because it can be very easy to accidently forget about it and press the auto button and clear dungeons in seconds and get banned

guild war and world arena are real time watch, if you dont trust me try an gw or siege on your account with hack you will see

I'd never use it in RTA, but guild war and siege are not monitored in real time. Been using it in GW/Siege for several months. As long as you don't go above 10 attacks in siege it is very believable that you can win.

But thats the core concept, is it believable that you could win? If one of your guildmates screenshots you attacking a fully manned siege base with 3 level 1 unruned monsters adn reports you you could be in trouble. But com2us itself does not actively monitor siege.
