If you buy a Xfinity package that includes say HBO, and then next month Xfinity suddenly then cuts HBO from their lineup and they say "We don't know when this will come back", their customers have every right to have their xfinity membership halted and be upset they cut it.

Im happy to know you assume that I 'must be american' because apparently expecting a service to be updated in exchange for goods is me claiming there is a contract or obligation. Find me somewhere not America where you pay for something and don't get the item you paid for. This discussion will go nowhere if you start doing this.

Yes, but I would wager that the vast, vast, VAST majority of subscribers only play 1 to 2 games. Mobile games are not like an arcade game where you can just start one game for 10 minutes and move onto another one.
