first force close fb and messenger then restart phone.. next login to game mod bound to fb will go to fb browser (chrome etc.) then connected fb from browser with game mod... dont activated your fb and messengger app at procces

Go to setttings --> apps and then Pricess Connect, then check if draw over other apps in on. That is what enables the menu.

OR , TRY restart phone > run game
