I'm actually having the same loading problem, and I know for a fact that I can competently install modded apk files and unzip the obb files to the proper destination.

☆UPDATE☆ My issue turned out to be a duplicate OBB destination folder, which anyone slightly familiar with all these files will yell you duplicates will make the app go full on dee da durrr.. (a.k.a. Re-Re).
