Sorry to say this but there was a mod with no skill cooldown. Sadly, it was dropped due to the risk of getting banned. There was a massive ban hammer during 1.1 last year.

TBH, you only need E skill & Q Burst no CD mod as Speed & Stamina will get you banned. Of course, you cant use the mod during co-op or you risk getting banned.

As a player like me who have played the game since launch, I don't think mods like unlimited E and Q (skills), speed, damage and defense multiplier yada yada, will do you any better. (Bcs it isn't really needed) Tho what you'll be needing is Primogem mod for fun aspects Xd

of course but we didn't come here to play the game as it was intended and let us who would like to have that option than to say it's not needed. =)

EDIT: another mod site had a modded apk but folks were reporting being banned and I don't remember if it was for NO EQ CD or was it for other stuff as they had stamina and speed mods that I know for sure were detected. I play GI on PC more but it would be nice if we can have on mobile but that will be up to BM.
