Grim Soul Survival - Internal Error Occured

Hi there. I have been trying to solve this issue but no luck, so I was wondering if anyone experienced something similar.

After downloading the APK and installing it (and also allowing all permissions), the game starts. First pop-up is the whole privacy agreement and I tapped Agree and Play. Second pop-up is about Google Play Store account, I have tried both "cancel" and "ok", didn't make a difference. Then the game loads until about 95% and it says internal error occurred. I tried downloading earlier versions and the same thing is happening. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The Play Store version works fine on my phone. I also tried downloading another mod (shadow slayer), works fine.

Here are my phone specs in case it helps:
Device: Samsung A33
OS: Android 13

it's server error, it's not a ban, I try with two phones and same error.

I thought I was banned. I checked the games facebook page, the game is currently undergoing maintenance.
