On Android 11, Google has enforced stroage restriction a lot due to privacy, means apps will no longer have access to each other, etc. even file manager apps can't access to /Android/data and /Android/obb directory. This is called Scoped storage
This is what happen if you try to access it. It will appear empty
You would need a computer to access them normally
But there is still a way to access /Android/obb directory without a PC (except /Android/data). You will need to allow "install unknwon apps" permission in order to access it
On your launcher, hold an app icon and open App info
Or open Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all (xxx) apps. Select your app to view App info
Expand Advanced and select Install unknown apps
Enable "Allow from this source"
Now you can access /Android/obb directory and you can copy OBB, do OBB trick… whatever you want.
I repeat, you still can't access /Android/data
