I can't start game

Game name : Game DIGIMON ReArise Global v2.5.0 MOD FOR ANDROID | MENU MOD | DMG MULTIPLE FULL TEAM | DEFENSE MULTIPLE FULL TEAM
I can't start game. I can't touch anything. I can't do anything.
When I started game, than just this phrase poped up.
"DigimonReA do not response.
X : Close App
⏱ :Waiting"

I tried with free apk and vip apk, but all same.
I tried with another cell phone and PC app player, but all same.
I've used 1.1.1.1VPN(WARP), but same.
I guess the cause of problem is this apk file or network server or ETC. check them please.
How do I do? please help me. hurry up please.

Please check storage permission and overlay permission for that app if you have Android 6 or higher. U need turn on it
