Basically, I want to paint the a logo on the side of a mod. However, most nicer mods that I am seeing that are already black aren’t flat and smooth on the side and I don’t think that would look good. I suppose I could get a mod that is any color and then paint it black and then paint the white logo on it afterward, as I have seen some silver mods. The obvious choice for a black flat surface would be the iStick Pico 75w, but I have read that there are much better performing mod boxes available. I just don’t think most of them would go well with being painted with the logo wrapping around both sides. I would put some tape over the digital readout when painting so as to not paint over it but any with a display on the flat broad side would be an issue.
Is there a mod box other than the Pico 75w that preforms better and is also flat? This may seem like a dumb, unnecessarily limiting parameter but it’s important to me. I know someone used to do laser etching but that wouldn’t quite do what I am hoping for
