KOF ALLSTAR license problem

I can't provide the app with storage permissions for some reason and I can't access the mod, getting the "Can't read the license file" error even tho the license file is in the obb folder as requested. I tried with app permissions to grant it, but the option isn't there

HI SIR make sure your license file name not contain any extension (.txt) rename remove it
