I don't have VIP and the god mode cheat works just fine when switched on in the mod menu, so no it doesn't matter if you're VIP or not.

Also, did the update that supposedly fixes the crashing upon entering event locations, release? I just wanna confirm that it has, so I can install it without coming to know the update hasn't come, cause that would be a big bruh moment.
