Only if you wanted to get banned heh, sector 7 is a pvp area, and just like the other most of modded game that will never take the risk to get banned for using mod in pvp area, sooo.. There WILL be NO mod for sector 7, NEVER :

First of all, before you play the game please read the info wich is not available yet to craft read HERE, not all of item can be crafted yet since the game still in development, not full version yet, they just put it there for future update, and if you play the game that not modded version it doesn't be able to craft, there are lots of items that can't be Craft able yet, so wait for the next update in the near future.
