The unsigned apk doesn't install (everything is patched in lp) and when i install the singed one over the normal one i can only launch it once and play successfully.

Unsigned mod and Signed mod works. Please READ first page.

It does work. YOU, just don't know how to install it properly. Unsigned mod IS for rooted phone/emulators and signed mod IS for non-rooted phone/emulators. Now, if you scroll down on the first page it'll tell you how it works. Actually, here i'll screenshot it for you. These are all in the FIRST PAGE!

If you get this error, you will need to grant storage permission and overlay permission for that app if you have Android 6 or higher. Try it!
or read tutorial

you should have God mode on if you dont then enable God mode on mod menu then the only way to get ATV parts are in bunker bravo so go to bunker bravo and for that you need a chopper and a generator to activate bunker bravo. once in there enable one hit and just rush through it and at the end of each floor u should have a crate that u can press then it will go to the first floor after completed then u should get ATV wheels gas cylinders and all that and rad pills.Thats how I did it.Hope this helped =)
