Start over and you guys need to stop being lazy and READ the NOTES from the first THREAD. Any other problem check the pages because mod is working fine!

Its some bug when we use mod or the dev make it extremly rare now?

Thats not a bug, the dev. make it hard to find, just looking for red zone has 1% chance to find it, u also find it at bunker alpha, motorcycle event or raiding other base (source YouTube)
