For dealer. Just turn on premium mod on global map than turn off before entering somewhere. For me its work

For those who are stuck at 99.98% or 97%...just need to turn off mobile data then turn it on.... If you're using WiFi do the same. Its not the mod problem Its the bad server. Also use VPN to use mod
or Send me video or picture your problem
