First try turn off everything in mod
If noting change
Tips: Should use 1.1.1.1 VPN (WARP) when playing games to avoid connection errors, crashes, not showing the menu...etc. or try other vpn

If you already try vpn but didnt works with you
You have to delete your old data ( android/data/zombie.survival.craft.z )
And remmber what you did befor loot stuck, to avoid.

1- If you have old obb or didnt download obb >>>>> Re-Download obb from blackmod
extract and put folder in the right place Android/obb folder

2- If you have sdcard, try to remove sdcard > restart phone > run game

Maybe, but Iam not sure about this,
only way i know for fix this problem by delete your old data, and always turn off UNLOCK ALL EVENT
