how to solve this?

Tell me all steps you did for install and run game !

1. I downloaded the apk and obb 2. I extracted the obb to android / sdcard / obb 3. I installed the apk 4. I run the apk

I check this game, works fine
Please follow this steps
1- turn off google play protect
2- re-download apk - obb from blackmod > be sure you already have the last update
3- install mod
4- remove sdcard, restart phone (if you do not want to remove > you have to put obb in both sdcard and storage paths)
5- extract obb >> copy folder >>> go to storage/android/obb folder
6- [Android 6.0 or Later] Need enable Permissions. Go to Settings > Manage Applications > Select App > Permissions > Grant Permission
7- run game

Signed apk >> for non rooted device + can not login to google account
Unsigned apk >> for rooted device + can login google account

Even if you have root, for install unsigned apk you still need to do this steps using (Lucky Patcher)

DISABLE APPLICATION SIGNATURE VERIFICATION USING LUCKY PATCHER
1- Open Lucky Pather
2- Tap on "Toolbox" -> "Patch to android"
3- Check "Signature Verification status always true" and "Disable .apk Signature Verfication", then apply changes. After this maybe your Android device will reboot automatically. If your Android device not reboot automatically, continue to the next step.
4- Still in the "Patch to Android" menu, check the "Disable signature verification in the package manager". Apply changes, and done! (May reboot automatically)
5- Done, Now u can uninstall luckypacher then install file apk unsign
6.Enjoy MOD !!!

About your obb, you can try or download blackmod obb

so i ll do this -
turn off play protect
download signed apk because my device isnt rooted
install the mod then paste my zombie craft survival z save data in android/data
i dont have sd card so ill skip the steps about sd card

download the obb extract it copy and then paste it in the obb folder
give storage and overlay permissions to the game
use vpn and then play the game.
then my game wont crash or hang


EDIT: THANKS BRO GAME IS RUNNING PROPERLY NOW ...I THINK PLAY PROTECT WAS CAUSING A PROBLEM...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS
