I am using that app for crashed devices and it still doesn't work. The profile itself is corrupted and it won't play on any device. Even if I use the original game not the mod it still does the same thing getting stuck on the loading screen.

What does that mean, try your device test? I already mentioned I've tried 3 different android devices and each device has the same result. My main profile gets stuck on the loading screen. But if I use a different profile that was not use with this mod it works fine and logs onto the game as it should.

Please make sure you have followed the steps above

1- [Android 6.0 or Later] Need enable Permissions. Go to Settings > Manage Applications > Select App > Permissions > Grant Permission
2- Download obb and extract copy folder and put it in storage/android/obb folder
3. Turn off google play protect
Go to Setting => App manager => Find game => Click it to enable
You can try this
Restart phone > run game
Use Vpn 1.1.1.1 warp > run game
clear game cache > run game

I have also the same issues after Frozen village disappear,then I went to the genesis output to make the hidden village appear. After I leave the genesis output, there is a new location unlocked sound in the background, then I am forever stucked on loading screen even restarting or using google play version, crashed apk, mod apk. All stucked in loading screen

I didn't get that message, but when I do add my saved data it does give a notification that my data is outdate and to quit the game. I restart the game and it goes back to the locked loading screen.

I did reach out to Kefir support and they're supposedly looking into it. Didn't mentioned the mod of course but I'm trying to salvage my character. It has to be the profile itself that got corrupted some how. I made more than one character and I think I just corrupted a second one. I want to say with this new season, after I completed some events and got that injection gun, that's when my profile got ****ed.

nope my another account is run fine because the account didnt have snow event area, the problem seem because the infected village spawn after the snowy area event dissapear

I think the reason why it keeps crashing because I turned on one of the mod menu features called unlock event there's a frozen village that has a capacity of 30 days I think that's the one crashing the game last time ive seen my was at 9 days maybe I'll wait a week too see if it's the main problem

Also I did the steps you said and it didn't work

You guys should warn about the people about the unlock event feature that it can break the game
