OK so my screen freeze and doesn't show the mod menu I tried reinstalling it again and it worked but when I extracted my save file in the game it does that same thing I typed earlier I didn't even tap the unlock event option what wrongs with it here a photo also it says not responding too

you got banned, phone ban if I'm correct you have to buy another phone

if you use an google account then you got banned.

I am able to enter the game now with frozen village gone at March 30, where I got stuck at loading screen during March 19
