i check ldoe in playstore 1.17.11 and my ldoe version from blackmod same 1.17.11..what wrong?

How do you download its just a zip file
Edit: figured it out just got to rename the file to take off the zip part leave the apk and thats it.

You can try this
Restart phone > run game
Use Vpn 1.1.1.1 warp > run game
clear game cache > run game
OR
See if your device has a memory card
If yes, try removing the memory card
Restart and re-enter the game bro
