Do I need to download the OBB too every time the new update release or I only need to download the APK MOD?

no need to download obb just download apk and install it and open game obb will download automatically when it finishes downloading game will open because reason for saying is everytime I can see people saying black screen or stuck at loading so just to avoid that I mean I do the same process too

you open the game and close it and. go to app info and press force stop in bottom left and open the game again
