First, restart the quest, when u open the door and come inside, don't kill zombie, let them follow u go outside the room, jane will come out to help u. Then u can kill all the zombie and talk to her

Just make sure u find all the antenna normally, it's mean u had to clear the factory about 6 or 7 time and take 20 dish antenna, then u can finalize the headquarters

After entering the game, the game crashes at every 3rd loading screen. Followed all instructions but still the same. This problem started after the latest update.
