Probably you had some rubber in some chest, the game checks all chests and removes it when crafting, i repeat, you CANT dupp rubber hose or any new settlement items.

Do you have weapon stand in your base? if yes remove it.

legend, Please fix the settlement items bug so we can finish the settlement act 2 and move on onto act 3 when the act 3 is available

Tryed again and with only one rubber huse i dupped and its crafting ok (already at 3 aluminium cable) lets see if the crafted items(aluminium cable) arent ghost items.

Edit: for me the game removed my rubber hose that i normaly already added to the garage project!(no dupped items in there)

disable your free premium, try using premium when away of your base and disable it when going back, so that you're not raided
