Dont use mod, go site GG and search for LDOE script! only with script and gg you can duplicate setlements item no problem!

Usa una vpn creo que es bann por ip con el wifi de casa no pude con la wifi de un amigo si me dejo asi que al llegar a casa puse una vpn
espero que no sea permanente y pueda usarlo otra vez sin vpn pero mientras vpn me funciono

You have to restart the mission and dont use one hit kill.
