Fast Travel (Install Movement), imo works, it just doesn't work when the region is locked, for instance a new game you'll be eventually told to go to pine bushes and get yourself some woods, when the guide tells so you can turn on install movement and reach instantly, but if yer tried doing before guide tells ya, it will show weird -14-0 kinda number on player and will consume 200 travel pts. You should test it yourself, the only problem rn is Magic Split doens't works.
