My IP Address has been banned (But I didn't do anything)

Today I opened FGO MOD Japan's thread (which is, btw, the only game that I use from this website) to download the latest update, just to find a message saying that my IP address has been banned....why though? I don't use VPN, and I haven't done anything special, I just enter this thread and download the mod when it is updated.

Support, or moderators, can u pls help me?

IMHO, it looks like the devs detected mod apk and banned your IP, try using VPN to bypass the IP ban or find a new game. =)
