RESETING FOTGOTTEN PASSWORD

hello, i have an account which i forgot the password. i'd like to reset it via "forgot password" option, but it does not work. i cant receive the email. i tried to solve it with @Aurora but conversation function is CANCEROUS it detects everything as spam thus i can't express myself in one go. could you please offer me a solution?
