I know that this apk not be moded but i want know for why reason is game not be able to mod? . cause the security is more or for any reason is just a question.

it might be possible for Game security since if the Game has a very big company they might have good anti cheat system.
Also Due to our modders some of them got not very active and some might be very busy due to Covid19 and other personal works.
Most admins are very busy also. They mod other games for free and others for VIP Mods.
They might have been not having much time to Review Requested Mods and update thoes are the outdated mods.
They will let us know once they make another mods such as you asked or requested
