It depends whether what payment option you used as some for example paypal needs to verify your payment and as results sometimes they pend it before they sent it to the receiver and get your access.

Upgrade can sometimes gets delayed. + if you did contacted Rito it can also possibly be delayed as he is the only person right now who handles vip system. The only way is to wait for him to come online as he always can and whenever he wants
