Can't interact with the site

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing this site. I can't log in. Every time I manage to log in successfully, the site does not recognize me as already logged in. Whenever I can log in, I can't react or even comment. I'm not banned, and I have already turned off all my add-ons. Any help would be appreciated.
