I have been using this for like a month but no ban... I'm trying to find out what causes the ban.

I have ban twice. First after 5days, second two or three weeks.

someone may have reported you to gm. nevr exploit the mod bud. nevr use it in tournaments arena or raid.there're limits on what a hero or squad can do...

i used it in tourney and won and didnt even get banned

reset the phone and you can play game again

You can bypass this though if you have high level friends and use their characters to pass through
