Hi, I need some help...

I have tried to start a new game in 2 devices (one of them worked previously) and various emulators, like ldplayer and memu, on new stances and I have been unable to start a game. I have tried with and without google account.

Just create new instance, introduce google account, install the apk. Start new game. Standard download / Complete Download (some times stops at 99,61%, open again and end the download). Start game, and it crash. Every single time. I have done it about 10 times already and have been unable to start any new game on any device nor emulator...

What am I doing wrong?

All the updates since last time I played the game, esp the 100x to 255x pick up item is amazing. My only request would be, if it would be possible to get 255x items from badge trading house in Nilva. I tried using 255x and 50x pick up item when trading with the robots, but only received 1x item.

After the last update I am trapped in the phantom crystal dungeon

1. making new acc
2. learn advance editting to remove all that badge
3. asking other to help u (if u happen to know one)
4. contact game DEV and hope they will help u
