Could you help me fix the bug? As you can see in this picture, I'm stuck between chapters 3 and 5 of the main story. Could you transport my character to the Ancient Plains of Zol?

I don't think you're stuck, if you haven't defeated the boss (Galliard), defeat him.
Otherwise, go back to Elzion and enter Ishar's to proceed with the story
You also won't get the option to teleport between times until much later

I already checked it, and there was no main story progress indicator on the map anymore.
Additionally, the story progress window showed that I was in Chapter 6 of Ancient World, but in reality, my character was still in the future.

Because there's no way to transport yourself between past, present and future until you reach Chapter 11

Are you certain you have gone back to Elzion and talked to the blacksmith in Ishar's? It begins a cutscene that'll send you to the Zol Plains afterwards.

actually it s possible given how game is working poorly sometime..... rare error autosave could render ur acc save data bricked

(also if that happen and u value ur acc that much only choice is to email them to fix the data ......)
